It is healthy to regularly fast, only recently has it been touted as the way to go to abstain from food occasionally.

Self control is a good way to let them do it themselves, they will have a good habit. Improve all around self mastery

One of the best things that we can teach our children to deny yourself of too much of one thing. I can control myself.

Fasting:
Plan ahead, purpose, start it with a prayer.keep the spirit.pay generous fast offering. Study more.

Some people focused on getting home and eating.

Fasting is a practice so that we are better prepared for greater struggles.

Taking care of children, twin babies, is more comfortable than having to speak to others.
