strange Music inspiration
I was crocheting something that the dryer ruined, and listening to a playlist as I sat. I was so impressed with this guys voice so I really listened and started first thinking about how the song was writen. It is literally a prayer or wish, the form and rhyme schemes are not as important, though I was taught that was what turned music into art, it's ability to follow a pattern and still express a feeling, but then I wondered what sort of feeling could stand on it's own without the need for constant repetition or rhyming. Ok, it does repeat the enphasisized part so you can sing along or cling to something in particular, but I started thinking about how we pray that God will take good care of his missionaries because they are in his care, but to me that was sort of saying that our care was ideal, but that you are praying that God cares as much. I really do not think that is what is happening here, the song is not really meant for Heavenly father, He already knows this missionary and what he needs, this is more for the speaker/singer/prayer to understand their own heart and wishes.
