Gratitude - The Lord wants you to be thankful in all things, it is part of how we speak to God, in prayer.

We can express gratitude in the way we live it will make you notice good things in your life.

Friendship your memories will be sweeter.

If you choose good friends they can help your health, and help you accomlish the things you want to do.

To make friends you need to be a good friend.

I feel terrible because I thought my house was representative of me, and it would be seen as messy, and it troubled me soooo much, but the whole class of Relief Society sisters agreed that they would not ever notice that, and if they did they would want to help not judge.

The gospel is EFY, especially for you. You do not need a special summer camp to realize that God loves you and how to apply it to your life.

Parable of the pearl of great price, and how it teaches the principle of sacrifice.

Book of Mormon is true, this is not recieved in a miraculous, life changing way, but by a strong feeling influence.

I needed answers and found them on the scriptures, but often need to sacrifice other things to make room for the things of God, and most importantly to have the spirit so that those needed answers csn be brought to our heart.

Covenants made in the temple give us the power we need.

A family never were sealed and some members died. And it can be too late, but this sealing can be likened to the pearl of greatest price, and should be sought after

Sacrifice a rich man might offer to give up his riches, but more is needed, like a bishop who sacrifices so much more to "follow" christ.

Both tithing and word of wisdom are temporal laws.

Tithing is spiritual law or else poor would not be required to pay it, but they are allowed the blessings.

Both wow and tithing are prepratory laws, that are to allow us to be ready to recieved a later principle as it is given.

All the Lord's commandments are spiritual. Blessings are given predicated upon principles given, so why cannot we all run without getting weary.

Maybe, it was a blessing recoeved when we did not use.

Answer is that although the answers are not swift or how we expect even thpugh they are sure.

Also any addictive substance causes us to loose agency.

Drinking coke is bad but in degree of effects to the body. So, one can get a temple recommend.

Addictive substances effect our bodies in ways that might not be universal, so, the WOW is a lowest common denominator.

Dark chocolate is not caffeine.

We should eat meat sparingly.

Worked to death, do NOT run faster than is needful.

14 year old learn new languages because they have not eatten as many cheeseburgers.

I used to run without getting tired at all, but now I cannot do that... but I was blessed.

Teacher was told by doctors that he had terminal cancer, but stake president said that he would not die.

There are just as many horrible things that can be "ingested" like our phones through means other than our mouths...like phones that deliver evil or addictive substances through our eyes.

Sometimes blessing are recieved through others, the blessing of the word of wisdom.

I felt the spirit so strongly at seminary that I did not want to leave, but wanted that feeling to stay for the rest of my LIFE.

What stuff goes on in the high school stays there, but the seminary building is set apart as a sacred building.

Places are amazing because it is a place where our questions are answers.

Questions lead to relevations.

Tithing is a covenant of Faith more than an act of obedience, alone.

I may not be my brother's keeper, but I am my brother's Brother.

To some it is harder and is more of a seeming worldly financial thing, but it is more a matter of faith.

Tithing is more a spiritual thing than a temporal thing.

When you are released you are left  wondering what next?

God loves all of us, even those who  never even went to the temple.

There is a party going in the world...spacious building.

Is this your business or the Lord's. Is something to ask yourself if tempted to judge.

East horizon is beautiful as sun rises, one day the Son of God will break through that beauty.

Persue service and happiness will follow.

Cleaning up messes that we never made is what sacrifice is, like Jesus Christ.

All people feel better by dealing with our sorrows by seeving others.

God's work is done through others. So, when you feel a prompting to do good.

What can we do to be prepared to help others?

We need to learn to recognize hiw the spirit works.

Don't try to lock out "inopportune" notion.

When you help others you end up being helped yourself. So, you forget yourself that is how you find yourself.

The gospel is service, remember the Savior healed on sunday, so we can break law to keep it..  go out and rescued saints that was on the Sabath.

The priesthood is not the men, they are the holders not the power. But so often it has become synonymous with the men.

Keys, offices, power, etc. They are used interchangably.

God is not expiramenting with how this all works and will be used, he knows and will be using it has such. When people try to criticize how things are done, they need to keep that in mind.

"Just answer in your heart."

We are blessed to have "the big picture".

Women are not required to hold the priesthood to have a calling or enter the temple...

Women may do things in a religious organization that are unparalleled. There is almost nothing they can do, about equal leadership and expounding.

Early culture was highly patriarchal. (My p blessing comments on how important it was that the world be prepared so that I could come live in a world where women were given all of these abilities).

Keys, authority, power. Explained.

So, keys were used to organize RS? But, even if one has a priesthood given to them they must be authorized to perform or use that power.

Ultimate power is to be exalted, and so the power needed to be available. And is available to all.

Women have motherhood, and it needs priesthood power, as in the story of a man who was,becoming a green baret, he was asked to keep a lamb that was shot alive...he used whatever means he had to do so, he thought to use the priesthood power, or the very power of God.....makes me (light heartedly) think of Moana, Maui stole the heart of tafeti which was the power of creation for men, and I thought, well, don't men already have that ability. But, I also thought only Maui could restore the heart, but wnded up Moana could.

When getting married it seems like the simple part is going to the temple to get sealed, but actually a whole lofe must be dedicated and the speaker enumerated things required in order to be sealed.

I was thinking about war and how soldiers do not want to be doing what they were, but they were helping others. Reminds me of Title of Liberty people were willing to kill for their freedom and families.

Children need to learn the blessing that comes from doing work...much like the things that had to be done and someone must accomplish to advance in a level on a computer game.

Work is an eternal principle. The riches of this world is the wealth gained from the labor performed.

Among what you learn is that one can accomplish things that they could not do previously.

When you find something that you cannot do then you find someone who does know and have them teach you. The savior does not do anything that he does not see his father do.

Lean not to thy own understanding. All thy ways acknowledge Him.

Leaning is a warning, try not to figure it out with your own understanding.

Whenever you Google something put LDS on it, to get LDS perspective and not the worlds.

It is interesting to me that the two things we were told were bases for testimony are the things mention, Hope, and just knowing and not rationalizing it.

When enduring a thing unexplainable peace overcame people.

Maybe it is true that knowing things are true, actually knowing them is a gift from God.

Thinking is bad when you get too good at it you think that you do not need to know things of the gospel.

I think that happens with alot of us, we figure we can figure out things that we knew if they were trye, but some things will never be able to be proven.

It is such a blessing to give a lesson is  because of all of the mastery and important things you learn only a tiny fraction of which can be shared.
