Do what we profess... simply put, it is being honest, so you act as you know and profess.
People will be tempted to act in a way contrary to what we believe. Do What is right, regardless of the consequence.
Having integrity allows freedom, because you have nothing to hide...it is perfect confidence in ourselves.
